• All courses are subject to availability and may be removed or modified at our discretion.

Payment

• Payments for courses, subscriptions, or other services offered through the Platform will be processed securely by third-party payment processors.

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring your payment is successfully processed. All fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

Pricing

5. License and Intellectual Property

License to Use Course Materials

• Upon enrolling in a course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to redistribute, reproduce, or modify course materials in any way without explicit permission from the course creator or Ascentia Learning.

Ownership

• All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ascentia Learning and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content without express written permission from the respective rights holder.

 

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a respectful and responsible manner. Specifically, you shall not:

• Harass, threaten, or otherwise engage in conduct that could harm others or the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascentia Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service related to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascentia Learning, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform.

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Davangere.
