As our platform offers digital products, there is no physical shipping involved. All courses on Ascentia Learning are delivered digitally. Upon purchasing or enrolling in a course, you will gain access immediately (or within a short processing time) through your account on our platform. Here’s how it works:

  • Instant Access Upon Enrolment: Once you complete the payment or subscription process, you will receive immediate access to your course content (unless otherwise specified).

  • Email Confirmation: After your purchase or subscription, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about your enrolment, including a link to access your course(s).

  • Access via Platform Account: You can access all purchased courses directly from your account dashboard on the Ascentia Learning website. Simply log in, navigate to your courses, and begin learning.

 

2. Digital Content Delivery

In addition to course content, your course may include various downloadable materials, such as:

  • PDFs, worksheets, slides, eBooks, quizzes, and assignments

  • Templates, resources, and reference documents

These materials will be available for download directly from the course page, usually as part of the course content or in a designated “My Files” section.

  • Immediate Download: Downloadable materials are typically available immediately after payment is processed.

  • No Physical Delivery: As all products are digital, there will be no physical delivery of materials. 

 

3. Access to Course Updates and New Content

Once you have enrolled in a course, you will automatically have access to any updates or new content added to the course, as long as the course remains active. We continually update courses with new lessons, materials, or improvements to provide the best learning experience.

  • Notification of Updates: You may receive an email or in-platform notification when new content is added or when significant updates are made.

  • Ongoing Access: Your access to all updates and new content is provided for as long as the course remains available in your account, unless you cancel or request a refund.

5. Course Access Duration

If a course is discontinued or removed from the platform, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and may provide alternative options, including offering a refund or access to similar content.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations
